We have various sets to fit different size spools. NEW for this product - option to get tray back with holes for dowel rods. This will especially help with keeping the sewing thread spools upright. It will also allow you to store bobbins with spools.
Generic set - will fit spools with a base diameter of 1.80" (spools such as Isacord, Floriani, Glide, Brother, Hemingworth and many other name brands) Each tray holds 30 spools. One tray will fit one drawer.
Aurifil set - will fit the Aurifil 50wt 1422 yd spools with a base diameter of 1.28". Each tray holds 56 spools. One tray will fit one drawer.
Madeira/Coats & Clark/King Tut set - will fit spools with a base diameter of 1.50". Each tray holds 42 spools. One tray will fit one drawer.
Kingstar Metallic set - will fit the Kingstar metallic spools with a base diameter of 1.93". Each tray holds 25 spools. One tray will fit one drawer.
Sewing Threads set - will fit spools with a base diameter up to 1.20”. Each tray holds 64 spools. One tray will fit one drawer. Highly recommend the backer with holes for dowel rods for this set as the spool base on most sewing threads is small.
Dimensions of each tray are 10.875"W x 12"L x .375"H. As with all wood, there could possibly be knots and small flaws in the grain. We do our best to only use wood with the least amount of flaws; however, we cannot guarantee the wood to be flaw-free. This will not affect the purpose of the trays.
